Our AYAY Department Students Participated in the UMKE Basic Training Program Activities

Our vocational school's Emergency Aid and Disaster Management Department's 3rd year students participated in the activities of the National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE) Basic Training Program held in collaboration with Antalya UMKE and Antalya AFAD between October 12–16, 2026.

In the activities conducted under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevda Demiröz Yıldırım and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Nedim Yaşıtlı, our students had the opportunity to observe the intervention processes for disasters and emergencies on-site, enhancing their professional knowledge and experience.

Due to the contributions provided by our students' participation in the training program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to our vocational school and faculty members by the Antalya Governorship Provincial Health Directorate.
