••  Students who have earned the right to transfer must apply in person or through a proxy appointed by a notary to the student affairs unit of our Vocational School during working hours.
• Students who apply for transfer are responsible for the documents they submit. If an irregular situation is detected, their registration will be canceled even if they have registered.
•  Our university is authorized to take necessary legal actions against candidates who register by making false statements.

DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT FOR REGISTRATION
•  Certified Copy of High School Diploma
•  Photocopy of Identity Card
•  1 passport-sized photo
•  Student Identity Card belonging to the university they are coming from

.  Document Indicating No Objection to Transfer (The student will obtain it from the school where they are currently registered.)

THE ORIGINALS OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS UPLOADED DURING THE APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED DURING REGISTRATION.

•  ÖSYM exam result document (Document containing all score types)

•  ÖSYM placement result document

•  Certified student certificate (Documents obtained from the e-Government system are also accepted.)

•  Certified transcript document (Documents obtained from the e-Government system are also accepted.)

•  Certified document indicating disciplinary status (If indicated on the Transcript Document or Student Certificate, the same document is accepted.)
•  Course contents (They will write the link of the page containing the course contents of the university they are registered in.)

•   Document indicating that they are in the top 10% in terms of success (Students applying from second education to first education will upload it.)

•   A document indicating that there is no obstacle to transfer and that no transfer has been made with the central placement score before.
•     Students applying for transfer to programs with a compulsory preparatory class must provide a document indicating that they have passed the preparatory class at their previous school or have obtained a passing score from national or international foreign language exams recognized as equivalent by the Interuniversity Board. (If available)
